A food Journal: A tool for figuring out what I ate, or is it a trap?
No matter what your eating program is, restricted, or not, you are still human. As a human you must take in energy, nutrients, sleep and excrete waste. If you take in more nutrients and energy than you use, the remaining energy will be stored as excess fat. The good news is that this is natural. However, unless you plan to hibernate for the Winter, keeping tabs on the amount of fat you store will be in your over all best interest. If you effectively succeed at this step and you keep accurate records, not trying to lie to yourself, and you don’t have a medical condition that is causing the weight gain, you can and will succeed.
I’m fat because it’s genetic
have often heard people say “I’m fat because it’s genetic” or “I have a thyroid problem.” It makes me crazy when I ask “so when were you diagnosed?” They reply, Oh I didn’t get diagnosed I just know. It makes me want to scream, as they don’t realize that even though they eat that ½ gallon of ice cream after the family went to sleep their body will expose their dirty little secret. Fact is I have suffered from Hypothyroidism, and for someone who is mentally active as me, it’s a terrible feeling to feel like you brain is a live wire and your body feels like it’s depressed. It’s almost like living in someone else’s body. Every task requires so much effort to move that it’s almost debilitating and in some cases, it can be. Furthermore, the dry skin and people making fun of how you look can really tax your self esteem. Hypothyroidism sucks, so if you haven’t been diagnosed, please don’t claim you have it. So, let’s explore why people are really fat.

Why is it that hundreds of times I’ve done awesome at an eating program, then all of the sudden I’ve fallen off the wagon. I as I know many others join gyms and … yes that’s the sound of crickets (I don’t know how to spell cricket noises so please just use your imagination).

What are GMOS?
A GMO is a genetically modified organism. Although it is primarily been used for food production, but I have heard rumors of experiments in the lab that are nothing less then successful Frankenstein experiments. The modification is completed in the DNA through genetic engineering. Many successful alterations are actually patented. Many countries have banned the product others require GMO’s to be labeled. How a fitness boot camp changed the way I think
It was incredible. Several people of all weights, ages and sizes were doing sit-ups, squats, lunges and more. I worked really hard, I overcame asthma to run a mile and I lost allot of weight. I took the most improved for my coach 2 boot camps in a row. Most people I think would expect these results, and say “OK that’s great, but now you’ve stopped you let the weight back on and the muscles dormant”.
