Exercise Workouts, Diets and Plans to change eating habits?

So you have decided that you want to reach your best potential physical state, but until you do something to create and manifest the results, you will continue to get the same results you have already received. What does it take? For starters, time and allot of it.  You will also need to put in dedication, goals, plans, efforts, and mindset all to have the body you want.

Goals and mental state:

To reach your final intentions, you must appreciate, recognize, and realize your goals.  For a reach on your intentions, I recommend you first become aware of what your actual goals and dreams are.  Once you do that you can then begin to visualize your intentions.  You must appreciate any positive accomplishments you have achieved in so far. If you don’t have any or can’t think of any, I recommend seeking a therapist who specializes in self-esteem issues, or a psychologist,  as it will be impossible to move forward if you don’t have a base stand on.

It is mandatory that as personally develop, you continue to believe in yourself and your achievements. This should help you to overcome predispositions for denial and help you to push through the hard times. It will motivate you and help guide you to reach the outcome you are planning.

How to start with a goal:

First, you must find the purpose or desired result of the goal.  If you do get to your destination, why did you bother to do it?  Many call this “finding you’re why.”  Its purpose is to give meaning and motivation. It can be a very powerful tool when creating your objective.  So if your goal is to create peak physical performance, why are you doing it? What is the end desire? To be able to show off your muscles, or to feel better, live longer and think clearer?  Internal desires tend to be much better motivators and create a clearer intention then the need for external validation. Unfortunately, if you have ever heard the term needy?  It refers to needing external validation.  Again if you are stuck in this position, seeking professional assistance from a psychologist or therapist who specializes in self-esteem disorders will probably serve you best.

Now close your eyes and visualize how the goal will make you feel once you have completed it.  Feel the actual emotions and the pleasure of the goal.  I recommend doing this every day until the feeling becomes an actuality.

Here are a few points about your body:

Let’s start with the most obvious.  What are your exercise goals?  What exercises can you plan to do that will not overwhelm you, but lead to your desired outcome.  Setting up stages and building on a daily or weekly basis will increase your chances of succeeding without burnout or overwhelm.

The other side of the same coin is how one eats.  Often people will choose to work out, but not eat well, or they will watch their dietary intake but not want to work out.  A balanced life means balancing all of the components.  Meeting with a nutritionist or a wellness coach to create a healthy plan to offer you the clothing size and physique you wish to have can be imperative.  They can help you be accountable and show you how you can still eat some of the less desirable decisions and meet your goals in the long term.  As usual, anything worth doing is going to take a while, a marathon instead of a race.

Your mindset can quickly determine if you will achieve your goal or not.  But, the real secret is sleep.  The most often overlooked function of reaching goals is sleep.  One cannot have a clear mind if the mind does not rest. A sleeping plan with clear goals and lasting enduring habits and routines in a defined system can substantially increase the odds of completing any goal or task you may have in mind.

Why bother to plan?

Plans are not just a group of ideas. It requires physical diagrams and sketches. A list of goals desired outcomes and breaking them down into small pieces with as much accuracy as possible is the only way you can efficiently reach the outcome that you desire.

Creating the desired outcome requires much more than just a general though. To succeed efficiently, you must have plans, a list of tasks, and metrics to measure your progress. Charts, dream board and mind maps can be extremely useful tools to achieve your desired outcome.  Attaching a positive emotional belief to the outcome which can work as your “Why” can put you in the mindset needed and give you the motivation it will take to accomplish the goal.
